Wayne Zekulich has substantial experience in advising, structuring and financing transactions in the infrastructure and resources sectors.

Wayne Zekulich

Wayne is a consultant and non-executive director with a broad range of experience covering mergers and acquisitions, arranging and underwriting project financings, privatisations, and debt and equity capital markets.

He was previously Chief Financial Officer of Gindalbie Metals Ltd and prior to that the Chief Development Officer of the Oakajee Port and Rail project. He holds a Bachelor of Business degree and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants.

Wayne is regularly sought out for financial comment. He has presented on infrastructure financing, chief financial officer issues and risk management for the Institute of Chartered Accountants, the Australian Institute of Company Directors, the Committee for Economic Development of Australia and the Australian Shareholders Association.

Currently, Wayne consults to Deutsche Bank and is a Non-Executive Director of listed company archTIS. In the not-for-profit sector, he is a member of the John Curtin Gallery Board, the Lester Prize for Portraiture, the Curtin Business School of Accounting Advisory Board and a member of the University of Western Australia Audit Committee.

In 2020, Wayne was appointed Chairperson of IWA’s Audit, Risk and Finance Committee.
